I agree with you that everyone needs a diversified portfolio which includes stocks, bonds, insurance products and real estate. We are saying that people should have a balanced portfolio and in order to have a balanced portfolio you need to have real estate in those portfolios as well. Thanks for your comment. Yet, if you were out of the market in general for more than 1 month of those high climbing days, you would be at a lost. I know a stock investor who consistently makes $70k per hour. Can a person in real estates do the same without being a Donald Trump? How did the second richest person in the world earned him money? sorry, i don't hold high esteem for those who earn money by just selling or holding properties… its quite inefficient if you think about it.
