If you do not feel like handling these requests on your own, your best bet is to hire a landlord who does not mind helping you out. Sure, you will have to pay them, but it will save you a lot of time and aggravation in the long run.

As you can see, you will have to complete repairs on your multi unit housing property sooner or later. Even if you buy a property that is in great condition, you will more than likely get a request at some point in time; and there is nothing wrong with this. To make a lot of money with a multi unit housing property you have to be willing to put time into the necessary repairs. The ones that you make before tenants move in will help you to draw interested parties. And of course, you can keep your tenants happy by making on time repairs.
