Another downfall of commercial real estate is the fact that you may not always make money right away. So many people think that they will buy commercial real estate for x dollars, and then begin to rent it out within a week or so. Although this is the ideal situation, all in all, things do not always work out this way. You may purchase a piece of commercial real estate just to find out that you are having a hard time finding people who are interested in renting it out. This can be a huge downfall to consider. But even then, if you are willing to wait you should be able to make money with your property sooner or later.
